Is my content used to train AI models?

No. Your documents are never used to train AI models. We use the AI providers' APIs which have strict data usage policies.

How do I control what the AI changes?

The AI proposes changes that appear as suggestions with visual diff highlighting. You review each change and decide whether to accept or reject it.

What can the AI Agent help me with?

The AI can proofread your writing, suggest edits for clarity and tone, help brainstorm ideas, rewrite sections, summarize content, and even draft new text based on your instructions.

How much does AI usage cost?

Free users get a limited number of AI requests per month. Pro subscribers get significantly higher limits. You can see your usage and limits in your account settings.

Can I use my own API keys?

Not currently. Revise provides access to AI models through our platform, which allows us to optimize performance and provide a seamless experience.

Yes. The AI Agent can read your full document to understand context, which allows it to make more relevant suggestions. You control what changes are actually applied.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

All AI suggestions appear as proposals that you can accept or reject. Nothing is changed in your document until you approve it. You can also undo any accepted changes.
