Revise has a built-in AI agent that can read, write, and edit your document right alongside you. It lives in the panel on the right side of the editor. Just start chatting - describe what you're working on and the agent will find ways to help.

What the Agent Can Do

• Brainstorm - generate ideas, outlines, and approaches for a topic.
• Draft - write first drafts or fill in individual sections.
• Edit - improve clarity, tone, and structure, or rewrite a passage to your instructions.
• Research - search the web (and even your other Revise documents) to pull in facts and context.

The agent can compose full documents complete with headings, tables, lists, code blocks, and more.

How Changes Work

The agent never overwrites your work silently. When it edits the document, its changes appear inline as a green-and-red diff - green for additions, red for removals. Nothing is final until you decide. You can accept or reject each change individually, or apply them all at once with Accept All.
