GPT-6.1, and a better Revise on your phone
GPT-6.1 Terra and Sol
GPT-6.1 Terra and GPT-6.1 Sol are in the model picker on Pro and Max, replacing GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6 Sol. Terra is the balanced choice for everyday work, and Sol is for complex work. Existing selections switch over automatically.
Revise on your phone
- The agent now has a bar at the bottom of the screen, with a voice button, its current status, and its latest reply. Tap it to open the full chat, or accept and reject all of its changes right from the bar.
- Folders, the Share dialog, the billing page, and checkout now all fit a phone screen.
Sharing
The Share dialog now suggests people you've shared with before, most recent first, so you don't have to retype their addresses.
Free limits
Free AI and PDF limits now reset at a set time in the morning, usually 8 AM your time, instead of 24 hours after you first used them. Revise shows you the time when you reach a limit.
Also
- Pasting from other apps keeps more of what you copied, including fonts, line spacing, column widths, table borders, checklists, and equations.
- Backspace at the start of a list item or indented paragraph now works the way it does in Word and Google Docs.
- Find and replace now covers footnotes and endnotes.
- Comment threads have a Minimize option that collapses expanded comments out of your way.
